About
Creel Memorial Gardens
The cemetery is located West of Allen Parish roughly three miles south of the scenic Highway 190 on Camp Pearl Loop just off of Topsy Bel Road.

The history of Creel Memorial Gardens was taken from the article published in October of 1989 titled, "My Knowledge of the Years Gone By in Barnes Creek Community" by Kirby Green, Sr. (August 25, 1911 – June 7, 1994).

Our main gates are currently unlocked from now through our memorial service on Sunday, June 2.
The walk-through gates are always accessible, as are our restroom facilities. If you need the main gates to be unlocked, you may call Buddy Harrison at (337)348-6700 at least one day in advance.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Veterans Program
Honoring Our Heros
November 11th is the official federal holiday that was created to honor the end of WWI when battles ended on the 11th day, of the 11th month, at the 11th hour.
The Creel Memorial Gardens board members proudly continue the tradition of honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice for the idea that Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness were worthy enough to lay down their own lives.

Join our newsletter (above) to learn more about our very own Veteran's Program and how we honor the brave men and women who served our US Military at our annual Creel Memorial service and business meeting on the first Sunday of June.
